Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of SellerHub and its browser-based tools.
Effective
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SellerHub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its tools.
2. The service
SellerHub provides calculators, report analyzers, drafting aids, audits, simulations, exports, and locally saved workspaces for Amazon sellers. The current tools are available without an account or subscription. Features may be changed, corrected, suspended, or discontinued.
3. Informational output
Tool output is informational decision support. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, advertising, or compliance advice. A flag does not prove that Amazon or another party made an error, owes money, or must approve a claim. You are responsible for reviewing source records, current policies, fees, and assumptions before acting.
4. Your data and device
The current application processes supported report contents in your browser. Saved projects and starred tools use storage managed by that browser and device. You are responsible for securing your device, maintaining any exports you need, and avoiding the use of data you are not authorized to process. See the Privacy page for details.
5. Acceptable use
You may use SellerHub for lawful seller operations and analysis. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse automated access, misrepresent tool output, or use the service to violate Amazon policies, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or applicable law.
6. Ownership
SellerHub, its interface, original content, and software are operated by OrbitBy and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to the data and content you enter. Amazon, Seller Central, FBA, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Third-party independence
SellerHub is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon. References to Amazon products, reports, and programs describe compatibility or seller workflows and do not imply a partnership.
8. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, SellerHub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every report format, complete accuracy, or any particular commercial outcome. Marketplace rules and source formats can change without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OrbitBy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on SellerHub. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as SellerHub evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
